Oh man, this just happened in a flash of inspiration followed by two straight hours of drawing.

I think I might be a total nerdy fan girl and have a print made and send it to the cast.

I wonder if I could legally sell prints of this on my etsy page? I’ll have to look into it!

So, as a means to attract attention to my etsy page/ to shamelessly make some money from pop culture stuff that is just this side of legal, I have decided to make some T-shirts based on stuff that I like.

This Alan Rickman/Colonel Brandon shirt will be the first!

Today, after a lot of hard work, I launched my Etsy page, Kinda Fancy Designs.

I’m currently selling postcards, poster prints, and a limited number of tote bags.

It would mean a lot to me if you would take a look.

I’ve been away from home for almost two weeks, and man did I spend too much.

Sunday night, I sat at my Grandmother’s table and figured out how much money I had left to get home and to pay the bills until my next pay check.  

I started panicking about all the spending I’d done, so to calm myself, I sat down and drew all of the unecessary items I’d purchased.  Some of these things were bought under the guise of vacation “treats” for myself, and some were things that I did need, but didn’t need to be purchased right now.

When all was before me on the page, I felt a little bit better. I should have been a lot more conservative in my spending, but in my imagination it had been around $300, as opposed to the real number.

Drawing makes good therapy.
